Upon successful completion students can cross-credit
- 6 credits towards the Certificate in Catering (Level 3) or
- 6 credits towards the National Certificate in Hospitality (Food and Beverage Service) (Level 3).
What to bring / wear?
Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens, they must wear long pants, have leather topped shoes, hair to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn.
