Provide table service in a commercial hospitality environment
What's it all about?
Fancy picking up some credits and learning how to work in a restaurant or cafe as a waiter or waitress, earning money? Then this is the course for you!
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
This pre-entry unit standard is for people training as food service staff to work in a broad range of food and beverage service outlets.
You will learn:
- How to present a menu and take orders from customers; serve customer orders at the table; and clear and maintain tables during service.
Star Experiences longer than 1 day in duration and include Unit Standards
A student must attend all classes. If they do not, they cannot continue with the course. Your school will be invoiced on the number of students booked to attend.
What to bring / wear?
Students will be working in our trainee commercial kitchens, they must wear long pants, have leather topped shoes, hair to be tied back, no facial jewellery or other jewellery to be worn.
